Eligibility

  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Footwear (if applicable) must be returned with the original box in a protective outer box.
  • Include all accessories that came with the item (extra laces, stickers, tags, bags, etc.).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible (see below).
  • Holiday orders (Nov 1–Dec 31) can be returned through Jan 15.

Non‑returnable items

  • Final Sale items, gift cards, and mystery boxes.
  • Undergarments/socks once opened, face masks, and hygiene-related items.
  • Items showing wear, odor, wash, or missing tags/packaging.
  • Customized or altered items.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable), or click “Start a return.”
  2. US customers: we can provide a prepaid label. International customers: use a trackable service.
  3. Pack items securely. Do not ship shoe boxes or product packaging as the outer shipping box.
  4. Drop off within 7 days of RMA approval.
US pre-paid labels are optional; the label cost is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • One free exchange (US) per order for size/color when available.
  • We hold exchange inventory for 7 days after RMA approval.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit per your preference.

Refunds & processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after the return is delivered to our facility.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
  • Store credit is available upon request and does not expire for 24 months.

Return shipping costs

  • US: use our prepaid label for a flat $9.95 deduction from your refund; exchanges ship free.
  • International: customer pays return shipping; duties/taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim duties locally.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we cover return shipping.

Damaged / defective / wrong item

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the shipping box.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund and provide a prepaid label.

International returns

  • Mark the shipment “Return – No Commercial Value.” We’re not responsible for customs charges on returns.
  • Use a trackable method and keep your receipt until the refund is complete.

Order cancellations & edits

  • We can cancel or edit orders within 60 minutes of purchase during business hours if the order hasn’t shipped.
  • After shipment, please initiate a standard return.

Price adjustments

  • One-time price adjustment within 7 days of purchase for items that go on sale, if the identical size/color is in stock.
  • Not applicable to promo codes, bundles, or Final Sale items.

Refused / undeliverable shipments

  • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to round‑trip shipping and a $10 handling fee.

Packaging & condition checks

  • All returns undergo condition and authenticity checks upon receipt.
  • Securely pack items to avoid damage in transit. Include all tags, polybags, and branded packaging.

Restocking fees

  • No restocking fee for items meeting our return conditions.
  • Partial refunds may apply if packaging is missing or the item shows signs of wear.

100% authenticity guarantee

If any item you purchase is deemed inauthentic by a recognized third‑party authenticator, we will issue a full refund including return shipping.

Gifts & store credit

  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit to the recipient with proof of purchase.
  • Store credit is valid for 24 months from the issue date.

Holiday returns

Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31 qualify for extended returns through Jan 15. Standard return conditions apply.
