Duties, taxes & customs

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) by default. Certain destinations may have prepaid options at checkout when available.
  • Refused packages due to unpaid duties may be returned to us; original shipping fees may be non-refundable.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST ship the same or next business day. During peak periods, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The best option is selected based on speed, destination, and reliability.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, contact [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address. For in-transit packages, we may request a carrier intercept (fees may apply).
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipments are generally sent via USPS. Some express services require a physical address.
My package is marked delivered but I can’t find it.
Please check with neighbors, building staff, and any alternate entrances. Carriers may mark delivered up to 24 hours early. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.
Will my order ship in one package?
Most orders ship together. If an item requires separate handling, we’ll ship split parcels and provide tracking for each.
